Terms + Policies


*Please note: You are responsible for any and all return shipping costs. Refunds are not allowed. AGENT HOFF prides itself on offering the best quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately which is why we only offer store credit.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit only
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: free of stains (including but not limited to: deodorant, make up, etc), damage, and pet hair, unworn or unused, with the original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include a copy of your confirmation receipt for proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at agenthoffinfo@gmail.com with the subject "RETURN: Your Order #" and the body of the email stating your reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not be returned without the customer paying for shipping costs. Please keep your tracking information as AGENT HOFF is not liable for lost packages upon return. 

Damaged Items
We pride ourselves in making sure your order is completely perfect when you receive it. Each item is carefully and thoroughly inspected prior to being carefully wrapped up for shipping. If your package is damaged during transit, please contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) to file a claim. We are not responsible for items damaged during transit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Due to hygienic safety, we do not accept returns for bodysuits. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These are final sale.

We do not currently offer exchanges. Approved items will need to be returned and a new purchase for the item will need to be made.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded a store credit for the appropriate amount.

Upon receipt of returned goods, AGENT HOFF reserves the right to deny any refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

AGENT HOFF reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse/do not claim any shipment from AGENT HOFF you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
*AGENT HOFF does not currently offer international shipping. This is something we do plan to offer in the near future. Check back soon!

Order Cancellation
Your order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed. Please make sure to check that your order is correct before placing it.

Shipment Confirmation/ Order Processing/ Order Tracking
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.
Processing times are stated in BUSINESS days (MON- FRI). All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, inclement weather conditions, pre-orders, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.
Wrong Address Policy
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant information. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Once an order has been processed at the shipment facility, we are unable to amend any shipping labels. If a package is returned to us due to the address being incorrect, the 2nd shipping is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Lost/Damaged/Stolen Packages
AGENT HOFF is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments, even when tracking dictates it has been delivered. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Please contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. 
AGENT HOFF reserves the right to refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.


All promotional codes count towards the subtotal of your order. Taxes and shipping costs are additional.

All free gifts with purchase are based on subtotal prices, excluding taxes and shipping costs.
